Career readiness programs for Los Angeles schools.
Creators Connect brings structured career exploration, professional skills and real conversations with working professionals to middle schools, high schools, charter schools and colleges across Los Angeles.

More than a career day. A program students remember.
Most students meet only a handful of careers before they graduate: the jobs of the adults around them. Our programs widen that view on purpose, then help students build the skills to act on what they find.
- Career exploration across many industries
- Communication, teamwork and workplace skills
- Resume and interview practice with professionals
- Small-group conversations with people who do the work
- Industry-connected projects
- A Career Passport documenting what each student explored and produced

Questions we hear often
How much does a career readiness program cost?
Pricing depends on how many students take part, how many sessions you want and whether the program follows a specific industry track. After a short call we send a written proposal with a clear price.
Do students pay anything?
No. Schools and institutions pay for programs. Students never pay to take part in school programming.
When do sessions happen?
Programs can be scheduled during the school day, in advisory or CTE classes, or after school. We plan the calendar with your team.
Are the professionals vetted to work with students?
Yes. Professionals who work with students are approved separately for youth programming, and school sessions are structured around group formats, supervision and educator involvement.
Do you only work with schools in Los Angeles?
We are based in Los Angeles and work with schools across the area. Contact us about programs in other regions.
