Not every marketplace mentor automatically works with minors.
Youth-facing professionals are separately approved for school programming, and school experiences are structured with educators.
How school experiences are structured

- Age-appropriate exposure
- Educator involvement
- Parent or guardian consent where required
Separate approval
Approval to mentor adults in the marketplace does not carry over to school programming. Professionals who opt into youth-facing work go through a separate approval before taking part.
